Once you've chosen a factory we manage the project on your behalf, including samples, product development, negotiation, production follow-up, quality and shipping coordination.
Choosing a factory is the start, not the finish. Once production begins, someone has to keep it moving: chase samples, answer the factory's questions, catch problems early and make sure nothing gets lost between emails and time zones. If that someone is you, at the other end of a long-distance relationship, it is a second job.
We take it on. We manage the day-to-day on your behalf, on the ground and in the factory's own language, so the project runs the way it would if you had a team in Vietnam. Most projects run three to nine months depending on complexity.

Pricing
From $600/month, scaled to the complexity of the project and how hands-on it needs us to be. We'll agree the scope up front so you know what you're paying for. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden charges and no commission taken from the factory.
No lock-in contracts. If you ever decide to take the project in-house or work directly with the factory, you're free to do so at any time.
