Industrial & Metal Manufacturing
Aluminium extrusion, CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication and die casting, sourced and supervised by someone who has walked the production floor.

Industrial buyers get a different kind of runaround than consumer-goods buyers. The quote looks fine, the samples look fine, and then the die does not belong to you, the tolerance was never agreed in writing, and the second production run does not match the first.
We work the metal side of Vietnamese manufacturing the same way we work the rest of it: go to the plant, look at the presses, ask who owns the tooling, and write it down before anyone commits to a purchase order.
What we cover
Extrusion and forming, machining and cutting, joining, and the finishing operations that usually decide whether a part is accepted or rejected, including anodising, powder coating and plating included.
Where buyers get caught
Tooling ownership is the most common and most expensive misunderstanding. Dies and moulds are frequently paid for by the buyer but held, and sometimes quietly reused, by the factory. It is a solvable problem, but only before the order is placed.
